1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PasteClip macOS application ("App"), operated by GEETA K LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PasteClip is a menu bar clipboard manager for macOS that helps you store, organize, search, and reuse copied text.

Features may include clipboard history, pinned items, templates, keyboard shortcuts, app exclusions, optional redaction, iCloud sync, and JSON export/import backup.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you can enter into a binding agreement and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules while using the App.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple platform terms.

5. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

If the App is paid or includes paid features, billing, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the storefront where you obtained the App (for example, Apple App Store), subject to that storefront's terms.

We do not independently process payment card data unless explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with App operation, security, or availability.
• Bypass technical restrictions or misuse platform/system APIs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where law permits.
• Use the App in ways that violate third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Clipboard Content and User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you copy, store, sync, export, import, and reuse through the App.

You should avoid storing highly sensitive information unless you understand and accept related risks.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The App includes user controls such as pause/resume capture, exclusion of specific apps, optional redaction patterns, and deletion/export controls.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party services (for example, Apple iCloud for sync and Apple App Store for distribution or billing). Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, design, text, branding, and documentation, is owned by GEETA K LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, including releasing patches, security fixes, or feature changes.

Some functionality may depend on macOS version compatibility and Apple platform changes.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and disabling related sync/storage features.

13. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEETA K LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $4.99, WHERE LEGALLY PERMITTED.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GEETA K LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective on the posted effective date. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and GEETA K LLC regarding the App and supersede prior agreements on this subject matter.
